Radical Joy
Wellness Coaching
Radical joy is the intentional, conscious practice of cultivating deep happiness and fulfillment, even amidst suffering, loss, and uncertainty. It's an act of resilience and a force for change that involves finding and creating moments of beauty, connection, and awe in a world that can be difficult.
Radical Joy Wellness Coaching
Radical Joy Wellness Coaching is a space for people who are ready to return to themselves — not through discipline or self-improvement pressure, but through softness, curiosity, and joy.
My work centers folks who are done with hustle culture, diet culture, cis-het wellness narratives, and systems that tell us our worth is something we earn. Here, we honor bodies as they are, identities as they are, and healing as something deeply personal and wildly nonlinear. Joy is our compass — not perfection.
What we explore together:
✨ Reclaiming pleasure, creativity, rest & embodiment
✨ Healing from burnout, over-functioning, and people-pleasing
✨ Re-learning how to listen to your body with compassion
✨ Fat-positive, gender-affirming, trauma-aware supportive practices
✨ Nervous system support, grounding, and deep rest rituals
✨ Boundaries, self-trust, and aligned decision-making
✨ Building authentic routines that feel nourishing, not punishing
✨ Rooting into belonging — to yourself, your community, and the land
Who this is for:
This work is for anyone who suspects that joy is not frivolous but fundamental. For people who want to unlearn shame, reclaim embodiment, and build practices rooted in dignity and liberation. For queer folks, neurodivergent folks, fat folks, caregivers, creatives, healers, leaders, movement-makers, and anyone longing for a gentler way.
You don’t need to arrive “fixed” or “ready.” You just have to arrive as you.
Why Joy?
Joy is resistance.
Joy is reclamation.
Joy is a birthright.
In a world that profits from our insecurity, our exhaustion, and our disconnection, choosing joy is a radical act. We cultivate it slowly — through presence, connection, and honoring our bodies and stories. From that place, we build lives that feel like our own.
This is not about:
❌ Weight loss or body control
❌ Forcing productivity or “optimizing” your life
❌ Spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity
❌ Following rules someone else made for you
This is about:
✅ Coming home to yourself
✅ Living with curiosity, compassion, and ease
✅ Honoring your body as sacred and wise
✅ Choosing joy not as escape — but as liberation
