Fox Hollow is currently a mobile massage practice — I bring the care to you! Sessions are offered in your home or chosen space across the Portland–Vancouver area. Everything you need to relax and restore comes with me — just show up and breathe.

My sessions draw from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Craniosacral Therapy to support pain relief, mobility, and deep relaxation.

  • 60 minute massage - $160

  • 90 minute massage - $200

  • 120 minute massage - $250

Wellness coaching at Fox Hollow is grounded in Health at Every Size®, fat-positive, and body-neutral principles.

You’ll never be asked to lose weight or shrink yourself — only to connect more deeply with your body’s wisdom. Together, we explore:
