At Fox Hollow Wellness, we are committed to making holistic care more accessible. We are actively working toward becoming in-network with several major insurance providers so you can use your benefits for massage therapy and wellness services.

Coming Soon: In-Network Billing

We are in the process of credentialing with the following insurance companies:

• Regence BlueCross BlueShield / Premera BlueCross

• Aetna

• Moda Health

Once our credentialing is complete, we will be able to bill these plans directly for covered services.

What This Means for You

While we complete the contracting and credentialing process, you are still welcome to:

• Use self-pay rates

• Request a superbill to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement

• Sign up to be notified when insurance billing is active
